I'm from setiawan, there are many rich ppl, some from Teluk Intan, ipoh.... eg: MHC owner.
Point here is most of the RTO happen without the influence of New buyer.... thats why price went up. But here the New owner bought very cheap n got contol.... how the RTO price will be high.... maybe same.

I am not doomsayer price will go down to 0.02. the will eliminate all the of us before it goes up. It may be soon or latter. Properties of DBE if worth 49 million in 2012 it may be worth 100 million now. This is money game. You cannot beat them. Hang on to them. In the meantime your are their Christmas turkey. DBE owns 49 million worth of properties in 2012. How much it is worth now? It might worth 100 million now???? This is my guess I don't know. I think it is land bank they're after. Maybe it is worth very much more. It fit their business. New valuation may increase big surplus fund
