她到公司工作快三年了，比她後來的同事陸續得到了升職的機會，

There are surplus from the conversion, they should use it to buy back some IRETEX-LA, then cancel them, to increase the value of holders. They are issuing @ 7.5 sen, buy back @ 5.0 sen for cancellation, what a deal.
