IRE-TEX CORPORATION BERHAD ("Ire-Tex" or "the Company") - Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim by Ire-Tex against Teh Eng Huat and Khoo Hun Sniah in the High Court of Malaya at Penang (Civil Suit No.: 22NCVC-166-10/2015)

For consistency, the abbreviations and capitalized terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 6 November 2015 in relation to material litigation, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.



Further to the Company's announcement made on 6 November 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that on 12 November 2015, Ire-Tex vide its solicitors had attended the case management before the Senior Assistant Registrar.

In the case management, the Senior Assistant Registrar gave the following directions to the parties in respect of the filing of pleadings:

Both the Defendants are to file their respective defences by 26 November 2015;
The Plaintiff’s reply is to be filed by 10 December 2015, and if there is a counterclaim by any of the Defendants, the Plaintiff’s defence to counterclaim is to be filed together with the reply; and
The Defendant’s reply to the Plaintiff’s defence to counterclaim is to be filed by 28 December 2015, which would mark the close of pleadings.



The above matter is fixed for further case management on 4 January 2016.



Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.

Investors love active stocks. Nexgram is among the healthy active stocks, too healthy it doesn't move too high or too low, but better than iretex which only moves down. If Nexgram becomes 15 cents which every year it did, Iretex will become 60 cents. Which I personally don't give any hope it could reach such price by itself. Pure speculation, my 2 cents.

if nexgram can trade at 9 sen, iretex should trade at 36 sen. This is because 1 iretex share = 4 nexgram shares under the proposed share swap exercise.
Otherwise, is the market expecting the nexgram share to trade lower at 8 sen or below....????

iretex n nexgram, up or down for short term speculators the results will be seen coming couples of days .
short term speculators speculate on certain phenomenas and a few IF s.
studying the counters in relation to the shares swap and its director mr tpy to predict if it is going to be successful is better than arguing for no reward

it is important to see/predict with certain facts if the deal to go tru:
1. independent advisor of irextex. their advice important
2. egm of nexgram, most probably goes tru as the mr tpy is a major share holders
3. the advisor advice to iretex shares holders,
4. the market price of nexgram to maintain
5. mr tpy holding 23 % of iretex, nexgram needs 50% iretex shares holder to accept the offer. mr tpy agreed
6. some others we don't know.
speculators sell if there is profit, don't bother and wait till final
