根据The Edge商业日报报道，陈伟宗就写信向员工渲染一厢情愿指鹿为马的故事，搬弄是非翻炒扭曲事实，特意抹黑公司前大股东和特点董事，假以种种借口以达到维持控制权目的。进而造成Iretex Corp Bhd 乌烟瘴气，生意一落千丈。

在Iretex Corp Bhd 股东大会和年度大会决议把陈伟宗等同党踢出董事局后，把无中生有劳民伤财的毁谤诉讼一一关闭，还Iretex Corp Bhd 得以恢复应有的商业责任 - 为股东创造价值。

The Edge报道，拿督郑博毅相信法律是公平公正的。陈伟宗的道歉证明自己是清白的。放下宽恕别人是值得鼓励的个人修养，以和为贵何乐不为。

Above teh eng huat guy brain missing. Don’t blame him. The Edge took from court these info:

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 9): A former executive director of Ire-Tex Corp Bhd who suggested the company's former substantial shareholder Datuk Larry Tey Por Yee had threatened two independent directors to resign from the board, has apologised for his remarks.

Tey filed a defamation lawsuit against Felix Chin Wui Choong last year following remarks Chin made in an e-mail to update the company's heads of department on the outcome of a board meeting held on March 13, 2017. Chin was still an executive director of the company then.

（吉隆坡13日讯）今日股价大涨32.5%的爱尔德斯（Ire-Tex Corp Bhd），遭大马交易所发出不寻常市场交易（UMA）质询。

由于近期价量齐升，马交所要求该公司披露任何包括处于谈判或讨论阶段的未公布企业活动，或其他可造成交易异动的集团业务和事务。

闭市时，该股扬6.5仙，以26.5仙挂收，达4125万7700股易手，市值为3671万令吉。

过去5年一直处于下跌趋势的该股，自3月2日的11.5仙历史低位，飙升了130.43%。

由于最大股东Elite Cosmo Group Ltd与公司董事陷入董事部纠纷，使这家槟城公司自去年4月备受关注。
