Cash and short term deposit as at 31 Mac 15 is around RM11.7 million while bank borrowings is around RM5.88 million. Looks OK....

However, the main concern is how much are they going to pay for the 51% shares in the BMW distributor biz in East Coast? I think could be many millions...trust me, it wouldnt comes cheap....the boss will make sure most of the cash reverse will be utilised for this....hehe...
