the foundation for PE valuation is repeat ability.
Comcorp's earnings go all over the place in the last 10 years.

and recently gave you a limit down on high volumes.

Comcorp is just a manipulated share.....suitable for syndicates......not all ins by the members of the public.

I see many things ,

1.Comcorp has build up their foothold into North America market and lean manufacturing facilities in Malaysia. (EMS division).

2. I see Comcorp has making very progressive move to diversify into R.E & Led ODM.
( This is a wise move since Comintel has the talents to do it, besides the revenue for the next 5-10 years will probably make these Division a Cash Generator Machine. Despite of juz put all the resources in a rather cycrical one)

3) Liabilities u mentioned, I find Comcorp has never asking for shareholder funding , which I hope Comcorp will do that to pare down their short term borrowing (through R.I., may be).

To elaborate on their Borrowing :- i. > 80% are Ba & Ta ii. And to finance their future Cash Generator Projects ( of which, they are start to contribute by Early of 2017. )
