In the long-run I still believe in property investment bcos I am in full control of my money and receive a steady monthly rental income plus appreciation of value.Somemore I have the full support of bankers and epf to back me up.I am a real winner as my returns are multiple.If I have a lot of fund I will build my own building like many billioniares.Share investment is not my piece of meat.

In property I can make 20times over my capital over a period of 10 years and it is not risky unless there is eartgquake.

may I know how u can get the 1.17mil per qtr? because I think the sunlight is only available about 8~10 hours per day. thanks!

Syngas plant profit is not significant, but it is good to pare down the other unfavorable loss e.g. Defence & Ict unit.

With this setting off simulation, Ems shall contribute 100% to Comcorp next qtr results.

Another positive move from BNM of OPR interest cut , will furthur trim down the Corporate Interest expenditure.

Last but not least, 2nd half year season usually deliver higher shipments.

Comcorp , now surrounded by best ever favourable biz environment either macro & micro.
