Saudi Arabia needs pest control services for the following reasons:

Warm climate: Saudi Arabia has a hot and dry climate, which is ideal for the breeding and growth of pests. The average temperature in the country ranges from 21 to 42 degrees Celsius, with high humidity levels. This provides a perfect environment for pests such as cockroaches, ants, termites, and bed bugs to thrive.
Proximity to desert: Saudi Arabia is located in the Arabian Peninsula, which is surrounded by desert. This means that there is a constant influx of pests from the desert, such as scorpions, snakes, and rodents.
Importation of goods: Saudi Arabia imports a lot of goods from other countries. This can also lead to the introduction of pests into the country, as pests can hitch a ride on imported goods.
Poor sanitation: In some parts of Saudi Arabia, sanitation is not up to par. This can create conditions that are favorable for the growth of pests.
Traditional building materials: Many houses in Saudi Arabia are made from traditional materials, such as mudbrick and wood. These materials can be easily damaged by pests, making it easier for them to enter and infest homes.
Pests can cause a variety of problems, including:

Damage to property: Pests can damage food, furniture, and other belongings. They can also contaminate food, making it unsafe to eat.
Health problems: Pests can carry diseases that can be transmitted to humans. For example, cockroaches can carry salmonella, which can cause food poisoning.
Allergic reactions: Some people are allergic to pests, and their bites can cause itching, swelling, and other symptoms.
Psychological stress: Pest infestations can be a source of stress and anxiety. They can also make it difficult to sleep and concentrate.
For all of these reasons, it is important to have pest control services in Saudi Arabia. These services can help to keep pests under control and prevent them from causing damage or spreading diseases.

There are a few possible reasons why Progressive Impact Corporation Berhad (PICORP) shares may be undervalued.

The company is in a growing industry: PICORP is an environmental services company that provides a wide range of services, including air quality monitoring, water quality monitoring, and soil quality monitoring. The environmental services industry is growing rapidly due to increasing environmental awareness and regulations. This growth could lead to higher demand for PICORP's services and higher stock prices.
The company has a strong track record: PICORP has been in business for over 30 years and has a strong track record of providing quality services. The company has a good reputation with its customers and has won several awards for its work. This strong track record could make PICORP's shares more attractive to investors.
The company is expanding into new markets: PICORP is expanding its operations into new markets, such as Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. This expansion could lead to increased revenue and earnings for the company, which could also drive up the stock price.
The company is trading below its book value: Book value is the value of a company's assets minus its liabilities. PICORP is currently trading below its book value, which means that its shares are undervalued. This could be a good buying opportunity for investors.

There are several reasons why environmental monitoring and testing services are growing. These include:

Increased government regulations: Governments around the world are increasingly regulating environmental pollution, which is driving the demand for environmental monitoring and testing services. For example, the European Union has a number of regulations governing air quality, water quality, and waste management. These regulations require businesses and organizations to monitor their environmental impact and to comply with strict emission limits.
Growing public awareness: People are becoming more aware of the importance of environmental protection, and they are demanding that businesses and governments take steps to reduce pollution. This is leading to increased demand for environmental monitoring and testing services, as businesses and organizations seek to demonstrate their commitment to environmental sustainability.
Advances in technology: New technologies are making it easier and more affordable to monitor and test environmental conditions. For example, remote sensing technologies can be used to monitor air quality and water quality over large areas. This is making it possible to collect more data about environmental conditions, which can help to improve our understanding of the impact of human activities on the environment.
Globalization: The global economy is becoming increasingly interconnected, which means that pollution can travel long distances. This is driving the need for international cooperation in environmental monitoring and testing. For example, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) has a number of programs that promote international cooperation in environmental monitoring and assessment.
Overall, the growing demand for environmental monitoring and testing services is a reflection of the increasing importance of environmental protection. As businesses, governments, and individuals become more aware of the impact of human activities on the environment, there will be a continued need for these services.

Yes, environmental monitoring and testing services are also important in Malaysia. Here are some of the reasons why:

Malaysia is a developing country with a growing population. This means that there is increasing demand for resources, such as energy and water, which can put a strain on the environment. Environmental monitoring and testing can help to identify and mitigate the impact of this development on the environment.
Malaysia is a tropical country with a diverse range of ecosystems. These ecosystems are essential for the country's biodiversity and for the provision of ecosystem services, such as water purification and climate regulation. Environmental monitoring and testing can help to protect these ecosystems and the services they provide.
Malaysia is located in a region that is prone to natural disasters, such as floods, droughts, and haze. Environmental monitoring and testing can help to assess the risk of these disasters and to develop mitigation strategies.
Malaysia is a signatory to a number of international environmental agreements, such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. These agreements require Malaysia to monitor and report on its environmental performance. Environmental monitoring and testing can help Malaysia to meet its obligations under these agreements.
Malaysia is increasingly committed to environmental sustainability. The government has set a number of targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and for improving air and water quality. Environmental monitoring and testing can help Malaysia to achieve these targets.
Overall, environmental monitoring and testing services are essential for protecting the environment and for ensuring sustainable development in Malaysia.

In addition to the reasons mentioned above, there are a few other factors that make environmental monitoring and testing important in Malaysia. These include:

The country's rapid economic growth has led to increased pollution levels.
Malaysia is a major producer of palm oil, which is a major contributor to deforestation.
The country is also home to a number of important wildlife habitats, which are under threat from pollution and development.
Environmental monitoring and testing can help to address these challenges and to protect Malaysia's environment for future generations.

Environmental monitoring and testing is considered a recession-proof business because it is essential for protecting the environment, regardless of the economic climate. Governments, businesses, and individuals all have a responsibility to protect the environment, and they will continue to need environmental monitoring and testing services even during a recession.

Here are some of the reasons why environmental monitoring and testing is a recession-proof business:

Government regulations: Governments around the world are increasingly regulating environmental pollution, which is driving the demand for environmental monitoring and testing services. For example, the European Union has a number of regulations governing air quality, water quality, and waste management. These regulations require businesses and organizations to monitor their environmental impact and to comply with strict emission limits.
Public awareness: People are becoming more aware of the importance of environmental protection, and they are demanding that businesses and governments take steps to reduce pollution.

In addition to the reasons mentioned above, there are a few other factors that make environmental monitoring and testing a recession-proof business. These include:

The need for compliance: Businesses and organizations need to comply with environmental regulations, even during a recession. This means that they will still need to monitor their environmental impact and to test for pollutants.
The need for risk assessment: Businesses and organizations need to assess the risk of environmental disasters, such as floods, droughts, and wildfires. This is especially important during a recession, when businesses may be more vulnerable to these disasters.
The need for research and development: Environmental monitoring and testing companies are constantly developing new technologies and methods for monitoring and testing environmental conditions. This research and development is essential for improving the accuracy and efficiency of environmental monitoring and testing services.
Overall, environmental monitoring and testing is a recession-proof business because it is essential for protecting the environment and ensuring sustainable development. The demand for these services is not likely to decline during a recession, and businesses that provide these services are well-positioned to weather economic downturns.
