巴菲特型公司 林集靈具76%升值空間



　（吉隆坡24日訊）林集靈（CSCENIC，7202，主要板消費）過去5年每股派息47仙，相等于現有市值的47%，分析師指出，該公司資本開銷低及現金流強勁，是股神巴菲特的經典投資選項，若以股息收益計算，該股股價仍具31%至76%升值空間，股價在佳評下全日走高。

　聯昌證券研究分析主管黃大任在報告中指出，林集靈是典型的“巴菲特型公司”，除了是獲利的利基行業，資本開銷低且現金流強勁，第3大客戶為股神公司波克夏旗下Larson Juhl，擦亮公司招牌。

　“該公司在過去5年，每股共派息47仙，派息額相等于現有市值40%，若將每股13仙淨現金納入計算，股息收益或介于1.53令吉至2.06令吉，相等于31%至76%的升值空間。”

　他指出，林集靈所在的木製相框領域為利基行業且賺幅很高，主要需求來自北美洲，加上本地生產成本較低，該公司為本地乃至全球最大的木製相框生產商，80%產品出口至北美洲，單單是包括Larson Juhl在內的3大客戶，即貢獻年度營業額約50%至60%。

　“該公司資本開銷需求低，每年每股可賺進約8仙至12仙的現金流，派息率從2009財年起便一直保持超過90%水平，相信這些趨勢皆會持續；再加上每股13仙淨現金，這樁生意完全就是現金牛模式。”

　受消息帶動，林集靈全日走勢上看，閉市時起7仙至1.29令吉，成交量204萬900股。
