TH Heavy Engineering Bhd (THHE) is understood to be looking to reactivate its oil and gas (O&G) crane manufacturing licence and has been in talks with state controlled oil major Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) to facilitate this, industry sources say.
O&G Works Sdn Bhd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of THHE, had an offshore and marine crane manufacturing licence from Petronas which was suspended when the company fell into the cash strapped Practice Note 17 category back in February 2010.
"There have been talks between the two, basically THHE should get if (the licence) reactivated, I don't see any issue. Problems occurred, or it was deactivated when THHE went into financial troubles," an O&G executive familiar with the matter said when contacted.

Don't forget guys TTHE and it's partner abroad are also bidding for RSC worth rm1.5b which is to be known end of this mth (edge reported few wks back) . Maybe investors are accumulating slowly this share in anticipation that Petronas won't let down Tabung Haji investments for the benefits of Malaysian muslim also...ho ho ho.. guess what? smiles...

Once a upon a time, after the 5 May, I read somewhere that this counter will reach 1.00. But I was sceptical about it, guess the prediction quite right then.

Should have grab it during the correction period.

Once upon a time, there was an expert chartis said this counter will be dropping to 0.40 - 0.50 , seems like sometime the chart will goes wrong too!LOL!

I invested for a long time since bought at 0.62 cts.
Have to let go today at 0.84 cts 14,000 lots. Enough for Raya money .
Receiving it just on the 2 day of Puasa is very satisfying.
Maybe will enter again soon. Good luck to all of you
