Additional 92mil share available tomorrow @ 0.45/share. significantly lower than the current price. wonder if the holder will sell it in open market. if they do, share price will drop...

also, it means THHE is RM45mil richer...

TH share holding diluted to 29+%.. allowing them to accumulate more without triggering GO

Welcome Quek family to THHE board :)

THHE should worth more after the capital injection :)

but EPS will be diluted... hope THHE can generate more income to increase EPS, which i think THHE will secure more projects...

So, the private placement should be positive news to THHE

I also share the same opinion :)

Quek family wont sell the share cheap. They are billionaire, the gain is too small to sell it now.

The exercise will push the share price further up up up...

Quek Junior may acquire more shares from open market and become a SSH. GCL will have another representation on board. Lets welcome Quek family on board and drive THHE biz to new height..

THHE should worth more. Quek family must have seen this point and decided to put in more $$$

McDermott also one of the major in O&G biz, they wont simply form JV if they not confident with THHE.

So, lets watch the show from tomorrow onwards until EGM on 3 June to finalize JV with McD that will further transform THHE into one of the key player in regional O&G play :)

Skyland and friends - Queck won't dump their shares on open market. If they do they won't become major share holder in THH and they will not become one of THH Director. After dumping the share its dfficult fr them to acquire the 94 million shares back. It won't happen 100%.
They are billionaire so a profit of 60% is nothing to them. They definitely will keep the shares even if the price goes up to Rm.2.00. Because they will gain more in term of Bonuses, Right issues as well as dividend in future. I myself still holding my 1.1 million shares ( I can make profit of few hundred thousand ringgit now if I sell, but I will keep for few years to reap more benefit) So don't worry the share price tomorrow won't be deluted, but price will increase.
