EGM is for business transaction with Mcdexxxx for rm 77mil. Disposal of some shares between them & forming JV to cari minyak for us to cari makan. Otherwise kak R doesn't have enough $$$$$ to buy hand beg ma.

Abundance, your remisier being conservative...mine said 1.00 for mother as well.
But from I have read if TP is 1.20 always be prepared to let go at least 10% less
