Very good results....Damai Vista sales is not even booked yet in this QTR...it will be even better in thenext QTR.. well no wonder price is slowly creeping upwards...

The Group’s profit before tax of current quarter was recorded at RM2.3 million as compared to RM0.4 million of the corresponding quarter in preceding year, an increase of RM1.9 million mainly due to lower operating expenses.

The Group's profit before tax for the current quarter was at RM2.3 million as compared to loss before tax of RM0.3 million in the previous quarter, an improvement of RM2.6 million due to higher profit contributed by the increase insales and lower operating expenses.

高建立刘福明场外交易 成EURO优乐大股东

办公家具制造商优乐（EURO 7208）股权在三月初见到明显变动，股市名人丹斯里高建立和搭档刘福明在场外买进大宗优乐，崛起成为这家公司大股东之一。

优乐的股价在周五闭市时挂RM0.28，高建立和刘福明是通过两人联合控制的控股公司JINGZENG控股，在场外买进2718万股优乐，相等於该公司10.17%股权。



高刘二人是分两批买进有关股票，一批买价是28.5仙，一批是32仙，两人共掏出866万令吉。

刘福明在去年底已成为优乐大股东，不过他在二月廿二日时卖出部份股票，不再是大股东，然而三月二日时又和高建立出手，再成为大股东。




刘福明是上市公司可可工业（COCOLAND 7205）创办人兼执行董事。

他和高建立联手投资於多家上市公司，在今年初，两人也买进石矿器材供应商新志兴（SCH 0161）大宗股权，成为大股东。

高建立是山打根名商人，他在多家上市公司都有投资，并是多家上市公司董事，包括了IOI集团。
