thb I buy stocks I don't expect when I do get capital appreciation, I only play by my principle and anticipate good surprises, I never get disappointed because I never try to predict price movement
you see I never go demote others' counters, unless someone from that counter come to my counter to promote his/her counter first. I don't really bother about other counters, it doesn't concern me at all, unless I am anticipating to enter that counter at lower price
If you so good, push up tomei! Create the buy momentum, if not, you r nothing, dude! Market not buying your view… looks like market is with me! Haha! I don’t want to see ppl get trapped in Tomei. As simple as that. If Tomei share price limit up, then I admit that I m wrong. Tell you what, 99% of time, I m right!
no one care if you are right or wrong here. we just want to make money our own way, if we lose money here it is our own fault we take full responsibility, no one will blame on you either. every investors know their own risk. no need your advise here busy body, if you got nothing good to say just get out
stop it la dude, many others and me entered this counter even before the war even begin, we never wish for the war to happen to earn any profit here. we invest TOMEI here not GOLD.
let's make thing clear, TOMEI is franchise retailer that sell GOLD accessories & jewelleries, TOMEI's inventories are mostly GOLD.
when GOLD price goes up, TOMEI's products selling price also goes up, however, it's cost price also goes up. Profit margin not nescessary goes up.
The only sure benefit gained by TOMEI when GOLD price goes up is that it's existing inventories worth will goes up. Not only this is one off gain, and can be neglected anytime when GOLD price goes down again.
1 thing I learned from investing in stock market is that stock market doesn't appreciate 1 off gains.
So don't expect TOMEI's price goes parallel with GOLD price.
only invest in TOMEI if you think the company current stock price is undervalued. stop the GOLD craps. Period.
Gold price plummeting to 1986… haha… i m right again…????? when o??? today already 2000......... James bond, u got mentally distorted??????? go hospital lo,,, don't stay here..... i worry you become serious........
note that their recent years growth in EPS is in corresponse to their growth of revenue (overall product selling), which means it has not much to do with higher gold price and it is not dependent on gold price to generate such good EPS.
moreover, season of lower GOLD price can also generate more sales = higher revenue = higher EPS. most important is the company is very good in this business segment and know how to deal with swings in GOLD price by adjusting their selling price and inventories to keep the company profitable in long term
POHKONG price / NTA = 0.835 / 1.85 = 45% TOMEI price / NTA = 1.17 / 2.89 = 40%, to make it 45% same as POHKONG, price need to be adjusted to 2.89 x 45% = RM1.30 (very safe target price for me)
this alone only comparing NTA, not yet comparing their PE
Tomei is one of the most undervalued counters in Bursa ; with its profitability level n high NTA should worth above 1.40… Bad thing is many research houses r lazy to cover second n third liners plus many retail investors are only paying much attention to goreng counters ..
The scariest part about this is there are i3 viewers who will take all of this seriously and live in a constant state of neuroticism looking for signs that gld i about to be cornered.
