Refer to Q2 ended Feb'2020 , PP shares of 46,500,000 shares is ex on 18/10/2019 with RM 0.22 .

From the PP fund raising RM 10,230,000 ,
RM 4,739 ,000 is used as working capital.
Balance is RM 5,491 ,000 .

>> PP shares subscribers will sell their shares above RM 0.22 ????

EGM on 4/8/2020 to approve on the Right Issue proposal. Is this good to minority's shareholders ?? What is the ex price , 15 sen ?? Lower than Last year October 2019 PP share price 22 sen ? NTA 25 sen will be diluted , share price will be lower .

Last several weeks Insiders/Directors have been accumulating large quantities of Wzsatu shares from open market between 19 sen to 21 sen
