nicholas99, the timeline for the definitive agreement i.e. the formation of the 50:50 JV Co for the battery storage management system should be some time now which is already more than 6 > months after the MOU was originally signed. Can see the announcement below.

hi, can anyone explain to me what the recent corporate exercise for this company was? I remember purchasing this share below rm1 per share ... maybe rm0.40 now its worth much more at rm1.59 but on the account it shows that I purchased the share at rm1.52. Why ya?

marqdesade, there was a shares consolidation for 5 to 1 shares which was completed today 6/3. So the last price pre-console was 0.30 so the new price is 1.50 (at 0.30 x 5). Hope that clarifies.
