I Think due to market thinks

oil price is up, resin price also is up , this will compress SCGM margin

demand for food package will slightly affected due to lockdown is relax

i m worry about SCGM margin, hike in resin prices will affect SCGM margin

not sure how big is the effect & when will happen in income statement

also is the demand due to lock down is reduce a bit now

going forward maybe challenging for SCGM

Lets wait & see the scgm qtr report

scgm dive steeper than tomypak, bpplas, scientex due to its exposure in pandemic theme on MASK... but it also benefit most from it when it rise rm1 to rm3... now not looking good...

Oil price would never go to USD200. On the supply side, when it crosses $70/bbl, shale oil would start pouring into the market, thus keeping a lid on the upside. On the demand side, the world is transitioning to renewables - also keeping a lid on the upside.
