COD still in court case, still no settle, not allow to build yet, the Developer also no do the piling works, because if future not allow to build lv65 floor, then they will change to design, and the piling is wasted, that's why the project is totally stop now.

Penang property is good price, but penang people income can't afford to buy a house, due to the market economy is bad, penang house buyer is a bit slow down, have hidden risk like Hong Kong house last time also bubble, HK use about 10years time to recover the house price.
and today is US Trump president day, many of foreigners investor avoid the risk, is already take the money out from stock market. as we have to take note of EWEIN-WA expire date is on june 2017, investor have to self understand and invest by own risk. EWEIN is a good counter, and behind have many buaya is playing.

@Penang_lang your link is Recall on Jan 2015 last year, and just mention Ewein shares were up, the news is not related any project of EWEIN company, because of ewein shoot up on this monday and tuesday. Dato Ewe last time also have buy in Ewein share, at the end the price also drop, this is some skill to create investor confident to buy in, and i have mention EWEIN is good counter, but we don't know when ewein going up, but Dato Ewe they know, they have a lot of money to do long term invest. Because of EWEIN is work together with DAP, sure BN will come in make trouble. that's why EWEIN project until today face so many problem.
