The Penang Appeal Board temporarily withdrew EWEIN's enforcement authority for the project until the findings were released. At present, EWEIN can only earthworks and piling works. Once these works are completed and the survey results are not released, EWEIN's construction schedule will be suspended.

city of dream only can do earthworks & piling works. EWEIN are not allow to build.
this suspended until end of october 2016. if end of october still suspend, the price like skydive. if reopen then you can have seat the rocket.

Islamic funds can buy. Perhaps now low enough? Some stocks got kicked out(eg G Kent, Old Town, Apollo, etc) but Ewein a new entrant.
