Chamlo should change name to hosei leow

In Uzma report it stated that Uzma secured a decommissioning job for 22 oil rigs for a 12 month period starting from July 2018 and completion by July 2019

Now we can expect May and August 2019 Uzma results to range from good to excellent.

So Uzma hosei loew !!!

also note these fantastic facts

Uzma May 2018 qtr report was on the 30th day

So still got opportunity to buy while cheap

And for Nov 2018 Uzma profit increased by 14%

Then in Feb 2019 Uzma profit again increased by 28%

So Uzma follows the Golden rule of 2 quarter good results

Naim went limit up

Uzma might also go limit up soon

Since Uzma has received decommissioning jobs for 22 oil rigs plus commissioning of 3+6 new rigs installation and many other jobs awarded ...wait for good results this 30th May, Aug and Nov 2019

The 22 oil rigs dismantling will take from July 2018 to July 2019

If payment from Petronas is progressive then good news should be out this quarter on 30th May 2019

Last 2 quarter reports already showed increment by 14% and then 28%

Hope it can break both records to meet the Golden Rule

If so then Uzma should race ahead in front of dayang, Naim, Penergy and Carimin to be the new oil and gas taiko

These are some salient factors:

1. Uzma is facing cyclical uptrend demand for oil and gas. Now in positive mode

2. Petronas Rapid refinery does add pressure for more demand for crude oil. But this is generally known widely

3. Too many players are in oil and gas industry... With competition for jobs some are quoting too low prices

4. Uzma is not joking low end low profit jobs but looking at higher profit margin. Very good

5. Problem with Barakah is they are not versatile. Fixed assets are rigid and unable to deploy for other usage.

6. Uzma has no oil rigs but Uzma has 9 HWUs.
The ones in Malaysia are off shore but the ones in Thailand are landbased

7. Best of all
The decommissioning jobs for Pulai are 22 oil wells. It takes up to 2 weeks to decommission each oil well. The longer the job done the better as payment commensurate with piece meal job done in time length

8. For decommissioning jobs from July 2018 to completion (estimated) July 2019 the payment from Petronas is progressive. This is good for cash flow

9. Uzma also actively bidding for more fresh jobs

10. All good signs point to a much better 2019 and 2020

Uzma is not looking for low profit jobs but jobs that are of better quality profit margin

Many other jobs awarded will also contribute to upcoming profitable quarters.
