Me previously bought 58c, 63c and 73c. Sell all 78c.

If you ask me, I would say even 80c is not a bargain. Anyway, I don't think it will go back to below 70c.

1. Uzma fail to break double bottom's resistance.
2. Uzma MAY BE perform cup & handle. But may be requires some time & need to see further development of the handle.

Cannot say much coz need to wait and see tomorrow. I guess can wait until it close below 0.86 to cut lost. If it can maintain above this price, Uzma can increase further.

For me personally i believe uzma can go higher. I bought at 0.76 and sold all @1.06 and was waiting for retracement to enter again. :)

I guess the sum is a cumulative figure stretched over a period...it will not have any implications on current quarterly earnings...

Instead of reading it as 'overpaying'...one should read it as 'under-declared previous earnings' due to overpaying.

With this type of closing probably might go lower by 2morrow . Below 90 cents many cari makan kaki will masuk and make fast quick bucks and cabut...... that's is very likely when its rebound. DJI down worst still the share price will drop. Quite unlucky bought at the wrong timing at 1.01 at Friday.....tiu !!!

A wholly-owned unit of Uzma Bhd is taking legal action against South Korea’s Khan Co Ltd (Khan) and Kong Offshore Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Kong) for overpayment of works worth RM63.14 million.

Uzma Engineering Sdn Bhd (UESB) has filed a Writ and Statement of Claim in the Kuala Lumpur High Court to commence legal action against the two companies.

According to the edge article , uzma have nothing to lose in the delay legal actions, but to recover overpayment of RM64.14 millions or remain neutral even if it lost the case with no impairment cost.
