the contract does not have the details. we don't know which company received higher contract ie SKPetro, Puncak or Barakah.

Target price raised to MYR1.85. Barakah has bagged PETRONAS’ Pan Malaysia Transportation and Installation (T&I) Package A works worth about MYR1.5b. This is a major positive to its operating capability and franchise. For this, we raise our FY14/15 earnings forecasts by 43%/65% and lift target price to MYR1.85 (+12%), pegged to an unchanged 14x FD FY15 PER. There is still further upside to our earnings estimates should Barakah successfully secures a similar tender win in Saudi Arabia. Maintain Buy.

Barakah is also getting the pipe lay commissioning and testing job from GOM> So put the figure around RM 2b (inc the present pipelay job under Package A). Two contracts from PETRONAS on listing and this is a remarkable feat.

To note, Barakah has registered as a qualified
contractor with Saudi Arabian Oil Company to provide services for offshore T&I,
maintenance top side, pre-commissioning and commissioning, maintenance platforms
and pipelines services.
On 21 May 2013, Barakah JV, PBJV Gulf Co Ltd (~85% stake) has participated in its
first bidding exercise for pipeline installation works in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait Territory.
We understand the tender is at technical clarification stage whereby the results will be
known by end of 2013. The contract value is estimated to range from RM500m to
RM1.5bn with 5 years duration.
