i see good progress over here, good job barakah for the moment. I believe there will be some adjustment on the debt settlement proposal, because during ccm meeting the terms still can be discussed. We still not sure what is the final proposal that creditors agreed on. Lets wait and see the regularize plan details from next announcement.

@prem0403 possible, if look on the trend, can expect coming days they will throw large quantity to create panic sales all the way down from retail, then collect at lower all the way up. as usual same old strategy since 90s but still work like a charm. Only applicable to possibly good news coming counter. ok place your bet.

Less than a month to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval . This 2 weeks volume will tell. If good news expected , it shouldn't go too much south.

@Supertrader88, there are two ways for a listed company to raise fresh fund, one is via pp another is right issues. some view pp is bad because shares can be diluted. Barakah,pn17 counter so basically not in the position to talk bout share dilution. Savings life is priority for them now lol. And pp means someone still value and confident with barakah. Barakah shares volumes is not huge even after pp additional shares. If you compare sapura energy you know what I mean then.

pp is quicker, cheaper, less hassle. what dilution to talk about considering the financial situation? and yes, as per taloha: the breathing space afforded from the cashflow is more important - surviving means able to pay shareholders later

Reference is made to the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement dated 14 April 2021 and 15 April 2021.



On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 21 April 2021, approved the listing and quotation of up to 167,157,000 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.



The approval by Bursa Securities for the above is subject to the following conditions:-



(i) Barakah and Mercury Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;



(ii) Barakah and Mercury Securities are required to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Private Placement;



(iii) Barakah is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and



(iv) Mercury Securities is required to furnish Bursa Securities with details of the placees in accordance with paragraph 6.15 of the Listing Requirements as soon as practicable after each tranche of placement and before the listing of the new shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.
