agak aneh juga assesment mat everetlee ni. silap2 mat bontot lebar kot? kalau cerite2 kat wassap group kami tadi, teman lama FC yg dah resigned tu kate, ada manipulasi sikit2 kat AR tu. mana boleh gearing tu 0.021 je. Kate dia tak masuk akal le, gearing tu patutnya masuk semua hutang, bukan hutang kat bank saja. Mat tu kate sungguh power manipulasi ni. hutang kat vendor dgn bank semua nye 52 juta beb! jadi kate nye, ikut logic, gearing company ni besor gile! 52 juta pisang goreng bagi dgn 39 juta roti = 1.3 beb!
jadi kalau ikut cerita investingmalaysia dot com untuk stock handal ni, memang betul juge kata nye. summary website tu kate a. Making Huge Loss, b. No Dividend Declared, c. Very Low Price-to-Tangible c. Company in Debt, d. High Gearing Ratio, e. Poor Market Liquidity dan tak bayar gaji, epf, vendor. ini semua fakta2 yg benar dan bukan cerite goreng sotong sementara nak tunggu jem nak balik rumah beb! ok, peace out je leh. pekena teh tarik sat.

Mostly offshore business is bad, can see from Icon, bumi , sapura ,fast but lots of people goreng.
Those quality like Dialog, T7 and handal. nobody touch pula. This market all gone wrong... Everyone like goreng goreng only.
