Regardless of who become PM, Eden at current price is far below both it's net asset value and intrinsic value. In investing and trading, avoid at all cost being emotional and irrational.

well to be fair Eden has always been way below intrinsic value for many years, even with twice the disposal gains the share price still fails to break new level and that's also because investor gets nothing from the disposal gain and their business side is not really making money for a long time

Eden is a fairly safe bet. Down side is very limited but upside is good, Remember apart of tourism biz in Langkawi, Eden also owns and operate two IPP plower plants in Kelantan and Sabah.

i wont bet even at current price, i believe it might go lower when all the political hype goes down, then Eden will have to find back it's own footing with its fundamental.. business wise seriously nothing to shout about they are prone to make loss more than make money, IPP business has very low margin and high operating expenses

im not much into politics, anyone go up is corrupted.
just how corrupted they are, and how they run the country.
BN run the country well until their corruption greed took over them
once corrupted (money into pocket) > money into the country , people can see the country stagnant as money isnt reinvested into the development of the country.
