Many reasons 1. Mulpha Land is undervalued NTA Rm1.65 Vs 50sen M/Price;
2. Mulpha-land is tightly held and 80% controlled - no loose shares;
3. There is a Call Option for 30 million Mulpha Land shares at RM1.16.
4. Option is granted for RM2million cash (about 7sen per share)
Conclusion: seems Mulpha Land is due for an Break=Out very soon !!

Leisure Farm is not owned by Mulpha Land, Leisure Farm is owned by Mulpha International, a different company. Mulpha Land is a tiny company with a very small asset base. Please check their annual reports.

Mulpha land has 6.6 acres of land in island at leisure farm. Given its small market cap. That 6.6 is already very valuable. Besides, the kicker this time around is not that piece of land. So don't worry about it. Trust me, hold for mid term. U will be rewarded

Please do not be misled by bonus issues as from what I understand (correct me if I am wrong) it does not bring and change any change in the value of the company. Just to increase marketability. Say if the price one has 3,000 shares at 1.20 after the bonus issue, after the bonus issue the price will be adjusted accordingly to 0.72 sen. Henceforth the price will fluctuate by market conditions. It's just the people have a wrong perception that they are indeed bonuses.

of course it does not increases your wealth.

it basically means, lets say you have 100 shares now, they will give you 150 shares. which makes your total 250 shares. but share price will be adjusted accordingly. but people tend to react positively to bonus issues. its basically the same as dividends

Kakijudi comments on Mulphal have been reasonable and fair comments. I support him.
There's no need to abuse anyone. No one can predict the future accurately.

On 1st May 2013 Kakijudi commented that MulphaL "after Elections property stocks boom.
This counter (MulphaL) will be the one of the best performing ."

Mulphal on 1/5/13 was only 50sen. Now its RM1.17 !!
Give him credit when its due. That's a gain of more than 120% !!
