No, you cannot compare like that. LCheong EPS is derived from properties revaluation surplus, only accounting gain and not real gain from the business. If you strip this surplus off, LCheong is not making money at all

Consequently, the NTA of 0.63 is also an accounting upgrade rather than real upgrade. It is misleading to just look at the ballpark figure.
