@4453. 我前几天就撤退了八成资金了，剩下合顺而已。大马开始复工后，很多工厂都宣布迟点要收皮了，有些店铺就大清仓，感觉到大风暴既将来临了。现在就拿现钱看看先，希望我是猜错！

@4453. 乐天那里暂时不用看了，除非又跌破一块。它那40亿，是不会用来派股东的，其中23亿是给印尼工厂的，现在进度才15%，日子还长呢，其他17亿是周转的。现在它的业绩，一季不如一季，今年的股息也是去年靠卖资产才能派发的。到时如果大萧条，印尼和大马业绩有不理想，到时真是腊烛两头烧了！

@4453. 以下是我个人的感觉。
这次的疫情和封国是大马史无前例的，所制造的伤害肯定比98亚洲经济风暴还严重，相信会在这六个月后就会浮现了。到时失业潮来袭，大中小公司都会齐齐上车了。人口袋没钱，吃也成问题，股票就是第一个糟蹋了。在大熊当道的年代，蓝筹股也可以跌八九成，98年那时马银行2.20就是个历历在目的例子了。
希望我又猜错！

前几天，我又进场了，买了几张CCM， 又有包鱼送酒肉了。

Apa 兄， CCM我在1.13 时买进6张，1.31 加码2 张。我想放手，我家里那个河东狮在骂我，叫我不要get excited，前一回我不是告诉你我买Rubberex 和comfort吗？我放的太快了。
老实说我也没想到这NTA不是很好和没有动劲的股会升的这样高。
我的坏习惯不追NTA不好的上升股，因为我见过很多人死在16块的恒源。
说到恒源上个月买进3.00 ， 3.25跑了。我不贪，有酒有肉就行了。人生几何。

@4453. CCM在四月初才68分，之后就怕到四月中的88分附近，最近因为有卖药，所以搭上暴发榜。当然现在是炒有chem的公司，可以考虑一博，但是你算算看从68分到最近的高峰，大概用了多少时间，涨幅多少，我想你懂我想说什么吧？
我上周在乐天，股息前就卖了，因为之前它是派股息后大跌。CCM我就不懂，你还是问问时常买它的朋友了解一下，看看庄家一贯作风，到时才看怎样........

@andr. 现在公司反而不是问题，是怕MCO之后萧条而已。现在复工的业着，很多面临没生意，SOP的问题。公司没钱赚，裁员只是迟早的问题，到时萧条，拿着股票来干嘛？当然有人说，经济六个月会好转，我对此有所保留，毕竟现在大马经济是史无前例的停顿了一个半月，大家还会好像以往那样消费吗！现在的人还没感觉到，因为政府有派点钱和延迟还贷，以后没人帮时，大家的生活有会怎样呢？这都是大家要考虑一下的问题。
现在股市超热，是因为有黑市资金在滚动，MCO后又会怎样呢？希望我是过度担心吧！！！

andr, sometime you are wrong , because you never know what is going to happen next day, next week or next months. I just give you a very simple example, I brought about 50 lots at 0.60 in Alcom . After few months rumours said Brazil aluminium plant going to shut down, and Alcom share immediately shot up to 0.90+ , some guys on the forum said it may hit 1.00 ++ I was greedy. Brazilian never shut down their plant and share price immediate dropped hence I got hold up there for a year plus until recently I average up and clear 20 lots of it. That time I was a newbie to Bursa. If that time I'm not greedy for 1.00 ++ I surely had made some money and with the few K liquefied, I can use it to invest in other counter.
My uncle always remind me that winning a dollar also you are won. Try all the way to make sure you don't lose money and never be greedy. Set your target .
andr, what is your winning target 10% or 50% ?

Looking at the performance of this past few weeks, this stock can the almost the worst performer.

Almost all stocks surged, this stock stays flat.

With such a low ROE, the management must be wasting a lots of cash for something small such as very high salary and advisement costs.

From chart point of view, nothing special. Low volume. No trend. Flat line.

From prospect point of view, property market may be sleeping for another few months.

It also depends on the new PM, whether his team will push the construction sector up after the vote of no confidence on Monday.
