我不敢冲了，那时买ecoworld股价在1.65结果一路跌到没眼看了，那时ewint上市也买了1.20结果也是跌到没眼看了，我现在已经把它们当废纸了。被eco, ewint sapura,velesto拖累，sapura velesto买的时候2.60和2.20，现在绝对是废纸一张，屋宇问苍天啊

Ecow is good after every meeting. Price surged last time after announcement of dividend this year.

For such a low ROE, the management is trying to use low PE as lure. If you only look at PE, the low ROE may escape your scrutiny. The management must be spending money like water.

Since most people only look at PE, low ROE may not be an issue for many.

Apa 兄，我初入Bursa时，我的做风和你一样。我当初搞BERJAYACORP，MBSB和ECOWORLD，输赢倒也没多少，但资金久被套，失去了很多赚钱的机会。我不玩这一套了，因应为Bursa的环境是不一样的。

天时地利人和

十年前那场房市适逢各央行降息以刺激因为次贷风暴引起的疲弱市场,再加上当年的DIBS-主因。这才造就了后来疯狂的房市。。。你没看2014年DIBS关门后。。。房市就冷了吗？

就去年。。。瘟疫开始前。。。我也曾希望降息能让房市回暖。。。可是。。。现在。。。各国降息。。。目的不是要救房市。。。而是要救最基本的经济。。。饭都买不起了还买房？？？
