Pesona-WC Listing date: 4-2-2015.
Issue Size: 255,101,224 unit.

As at 31 December 2015, 143,792,711 units (56%) of Pesona-WC already converted to ordinary shares.

Meaning to say, the supply of Pesona-WC is limited !!

IF the mother share price move up, warrant will move up very fast due to limitted supply!!

By the way, company get RM35 mil working capital without paying any interest !!

FYI..from Q4 Report for FY 2015: "As at 31 December 2015, 143,792,711 new ordinary shares of RM0.25 each were issued pursuant to the conversion of warrants. The proceeds amounting to RM35,948,177.75 will be utilized as working capital of the Group."

Outstanding order books RM 1.3 billion. Assuming profit margin 6-7%(from latest QR) Pesona expected profit RM 80-90 million next 2 years. Now trading at 5-6 time PE.

Oil price rebound recently is good for government and Pesona. When oil recover gov has more money and can expedite payment to Pesona for projects carried out. That's why dividend can be paid now.

TKH1818... from the largest shareholders... we also knowing that the previously Takaso people Choy Sen, Chin Boon Long, Fortune and few relation people with them, all already move out from pesona. Is a great news, due to this people all is kaki goreng.... useless people. Pesona price also is cause of them through the share

Won't be like Gadang, fund is buying Gadang, Pesona 's fund manager is victor chin, busy now on SGB and OCR and Yongtai. Wait la, he may back after the 3.

Once ur stock being manipulated by syndicate (up and down) which fund dare to buy. So Pesona can dream to be like Gadang.

Gadang used to be like Pesona, after reliaze all operator is mean for profit, what the hell they care company share performance?

Long term can not justify why malaysia company good company need such bulldozer type of syndicate. Unless Pesona shareholder change and mean for business. The fund and good retails investor will come.
