RM 1 billion o/s order books will mean more profits next 2 years for Pesona. If profit margin 5-10% expect RM 50-100 million profit next 2 years.

Not giving dividend is OK otherwise Pesona will need to borrow because too many projects ongoing will require huge cash injections.

Recently Pesona bought a piece of land(for long term investment) at RM 10 million so require cash layout so better conserve cash than paying dividend.

Like my WCT got a lot of projects but maybe quite slow to carry out eg short of workers bla-bla so profit and revenue seen low.

No need to cut loss one, reports still good maybe will give special dividend, consider very good already compare to other counter, many company make loss this time , at least pesona still net profit , I very sure next week will up at leat 10%

Great, i can sleep well for 2 yrs in this counter, and the most importantly it is a pure construction firm, not involved in property development at all.

Pesona is only doing what it is good at.
