64cents clear stock. Dump all my holding which bought in 2016. About 15months holding earn almost 50% boleh tahan la.

（吉隆坡2日讯）为了筹集资本开销，蓬萨（PANSAR，8419，主板贸服股）建议私下配售最多10%股权给第三方投资者，估计可筹集1176万令吉。

该公司向交易所报备，假设配售价为每股42仙，蓬萨料筹得1176万令吉，其中1163万令吉作为资本开销，其余则是私配相关开销。

子公司蓬萨公司私人有限公司，近期与JCB销售亚太私人有限公司签署独家经销协议，成为东马经销商。

因此，蓬萨有意兴建或扩展销售办公室、服务中心、仓库和交通工具。

董事部指出，与其他筹资活动相比，私配较迅速及低成本，不必支付利息，也可改善公司的流动度及金融灵活度。
