（吉隆坡6日訊）雪州水務整合計劃料在9月迎來下個里程碑，市場焦聚中央政府和雪州政府能否達成附加協議條款，以重啟整合洽談，聯昌研究直言若水務整合再延誤，無法在今年第四季內解決，勢必對水務業帶來負面影響。

聯昌研究在報告中說，水務資產管理公司（PAAB）新發佈的文告顯示，雪州水務整合計劃可望提早在60天限期內達成附加協議，也就是9月初。

“在歷時7個月的延誤後，跡象顯示水務資產交易有合理的機會在第四季取得重大突破，前提是中央政府和雪州政府需在9月初達成附加協議條款。”

若再延後 商業高峰派息將受影響

聯昌認為，一旦水務整合再次碰釘，商業高峰（PUNCAK,6807,主板基建計劃組）脫售水務資產的計劃也將跟著延誤，這將影響該公司派發每股1令吉股息的進程。

另外，聯昌相信水務基建計劃在第四季復工的機會極濃厚，州政府可能提前頒佈發展準令和相關準證，以讓冷岳2濾水站首階段發展趕在2017年限期前竣工。
