None of us is to care if US market crashing, because even Trump and the Pentagon are desperately stockpiling gloves, which reported to have 200bil shortages. Glove is war frontliner, Glove is Pentagon new secret lethal weapon.

And why do I post this news here? Read it and feel it... They have such shortages, they can't expedite their production even if they wish to, long-winded US policy, no supporting fund, scare no prospect like ours for long term investment, so they can't even setup a factory as fast as MAHSING aspires to, who has clear schedule to roll production in Apr21... And lastly, they don't have raw material like nitrile for making glove, only available in Asia!!!

After their own internal pressure, soon they will lift ban on Topglove, and you will be delighted if Mahsing share a bite of the American Pie also.

After production on April, how they can proof the product can hv chemical resistance, blood resistance, viruses resistance, heat resistance, elongation features, weather resistance...? So so many reliability tests certificates need to obtain before can deliver to customers, right? All these test take months or yrs to perform(especially expiry date)! And customers don’t need to perform factory audit? So many resistance..

All gloves factory talk about scale of economy, if a Player intend to make big on future, the profit will well expand. New factory machine are much more efficient in term of output, manpower handling, utilities and consistency of quality

But you are forget one thing, mahsing is different player because their background plastic manufacture with 40 years exp, plus they also top 5 property player...

what you mentioned, you think mahsing don't know?

how much cost need to build a condo, raw material, man power, and design?

how much lead time, raw material and man power require for plastic production line ?

about to setup factory, production, man power, and raw material i believe this is not a issues to mahsing with their exp and current team.

the only new thing to mahsing, will be obtain the certificate, export permit to euro and US country.
i believe MITI will assist mahsing. they also can leverage their plastic production rule and regulation and export permit.

Plastic and Rubber are totally different products. Plastic moulding come in form of plastic resin from supplier, fed into heated moulds whether it is injected or blowed.Rubber gloves uses latex dipping, secret of the raw material lies on the vicosity, the curing rate and blending. Of course not forgetting the dipping rate. That's the soft know how technology. Management systems and attitude can be simiiar but technology is totally different. As for quality control, similar mnagement systems but totlly different testing procedures for consistencies especially medical gloves.

Mah Sing has got what it takes to produce gloves, the only challenge is how long is the learning curve?
