You are lucky if PNB would extend the privatize offer of 3.95 a share... If unlucky , PNB privatize at current VWAP market price, cry without tear later , they can easily get > 90% majority & force minority to accept their offer price.. 8.5 B sales figure meaningless when profit to be realized in the years to come & company being taken private by PNB . Can see only, cannot eat

Maybe be too negative thinking but that is possible worst case scenario - PNB don't wanna share SPSetia profit with minority, what can minority do if that really happen? Cry without tear lor

Market cap for Spsetia Is 7b now..PNB takeover with 9.5b market cap for spsetia...Is good deal for LIEW ~
This counter long term maybe merge with I&P... Or will get In FBMKLCI in the future !! Dont you think nowaday goverment counter all are FBMKLCI...
Even..Astro par value 10sen with low growth..still can become FBMKLCI...
