Bank interest rate drop is just happen only in May 2019

the recent quarter result is from jan to march 2019

during that period 03 months, the property sector still very bad , so sales drop & profit also drop

Stay small.. someone is intent on selling big but nothing appearing on insider trades, so who is disposing so much and willing to push the price down so much? The exact same pattern from 2.04 - 2.00 - 1.96 - 1.92 and now 1.84?

Any recovery is immediately pushed back to 1.82/1.84.

SPSetia is at an all time low, EPF accumulating bah.. and can see that they are not too keen to push the price up since they can wait. Whats really curious is whos consistently willing to force down the price and keep selling for lower? They could dispose higher even at 2.00 by lower volume as EPF would still sapu.

Or is EPF bailing out someone from an upcoming nightmare quarter? hehehehehe

Q2 result will be out end of next week. I guess EPS will be around 1.5 sen. So, price will be down again as cummulative 4 quarter EPS may only about 6 sen. If trade with 12x, then the price may be about 70 sen. So, trade carefully.
