If so, it is nearing bottom as KL Property Index already at ~ 745, I have started accumulating as it is difficult to predict with certainty the “.absolute bottom”. I started buying at 1.23 and will just have to increase the weightage in SP Setia, if opportunity to accumulate further between the 1-1.2 range. Let’s see if additional Buy Q @ 1.18, 1.17 & 1.16 get done today :)

SpSetia upgrade to Outperform. 1 year Core earning growth 27.2%, 2 year core earning growth 46.0% (Page 13)... compare with ioiprop and other developers....

Big revenue from battersea power station phase 2 commercial units to EPF will be recognized in FY2021... so next year 2020 will be a flying year as investor are anticipate the incoming earning growth...

Also with the government budget 2020, HOC for first time buyer + lowering foreigner buying limit to 600k will definitely helps clearing the unoccupied house. i won't anticipate a big jump in house price next year, but i believe we will see the house price started to recover next year.... Next year is a good year for SP Setia at least.

From its track record of paying dividend past year.... buying the SP Setia at 1.2x price, in year 2021
when revenue recognized... i don't see a problem for >10% dividend... based on its generous dividend paying ratio in the history.

Hope that all of us (Ikan Bilis) have taken full advantage of the recent severe price correction at attractive level of 1.18-1.20 to accumulate more shares. Interesting to monitor the movements until the QR2 results expected to be announced in middle November 2019.

Wow ! Easily 1.40 as predicted last month :-) Double digit gain for 1 month investment but I am still holding for higher TP. Previous forced selling was unwarranted and still significant upward possibility. However, risky for Ikan Bilis to join in now at current level now.

Yes. Joyous time for us as I also bought into IOIPG at 1.05 too although at small amount as I already accumulated way beyond my planned initial investment amount in SP Setia :-) for exposure into property sector.

Good consolidation phase this morning for “retailers”/Ikan Bilis profit taking for those that bought at the recent lows or stucked at 1.40 and below previously. 3rd.,4th.......positive waves will materialize again thereafter.

I started buying from 1.23 & ended up “Panic Buy” all the way from 1.22 to 1.18 as the Value too attractive ;-) (SP Setia 2008 Share Price was H 5.60 L 2.65 ! ) At current level, I am still confident on the upward trajectory and still holding.

We, Ikan Bilis, are so easily flushed out when Share Price increased and especially when it was subsequently sold down without fundamental basis. We need to invest WISEly :
