do you know why Haio still very strong .This is due to their cash flow very strong (70-80 mil)same as Amway,Nestle,dlady,Guiness,Calsberg & F & N.Then institution investor will hold for long due to their generous dividend payout .

Good to see so many comments recently! Today volume shot up and many "weak" holders selling out; also many "wise" sellers cashing in to use the money to buy other shares. I noticed past month since dividend paid out and the price fell sharply....... Hope price trend will change from today. As uncle Koon says, must give share split or bonus shares..... this counter is tightly held by Lippun. In the market very few shares to buy and sell. Hope for the best end March!

And Best of all I SEE the high Value Properties of TEXCHEM located in hot booming regions.

On All Counts Texchem looks like a Great Growth Stock With High NTA Plus decent dividends.

These Nihon-Jin are really good & honest so far compared to conman companies from China

I SEE these Nihon-Jin are quite smart

1) Manufacture chemical products for export to Asia-Pacific Region using Malaysia as a low cost base

2) Polymer products. Taking advantage of Malaysia being a Top Crude Oil producer. So sourcing basic material for polymer here is economical

3) Exporting seafood from Japan to China. Cultivating soft shell crab in Japan for export to China

4) Also start seafood manufacturing in low cost Myanmar for export to other ASEAN nations

5) And with cheap abundant source of seafood starts over 30 SUSHI KING restaurants in Malaysia.

6) They also owned most of the warehouse & factories that process the seafood & chemical products in prime prime areas of Malaysia & other ASEAN nations. Very clever these Nihon-Jin

Just buy for these reasons:

1) This is a stable company with 4 main divisions. Quite defensive businesses like Food, Restaurant, Polymer & raw industrial products

2) Its High NTA are of great value which have appreciated in prices. If sold they could register huge windfall gains

3) Company pays 10 cts to 15 cts dividend which translate to a yield of between 6.7% to 10.08% - far better than Bank FD Rate

And for side kick example = Oldtown did well because of China imports of its White Coffee beverages.

So with over 100 SUSHI KING Restaurants in Malaysia ready to receive tourist business will improve this year as ringgit is cheap for inbound tourists.
