walao ekovest is buying PLS durian company.

pay about rm85mil for 24% of shares

after that will take up MGO to buy out others becoz cross to 57% holdings after this done.

means will cost about:

left 43% shares from public to buy
=43/24 x 85mil
= about 150mil

gonna spend about 150 +85 = 235mil to buy PLS durian company

walao....somemore want to buy 40% of IWH CREC for 1.5bil

expect massive rights incoming lo. sorry to say that

price may drop to 25c or 30c assuming number of shares increase from 2.6bil now to 4bil later

guess i made right decision to sell back at 0.51 after saw no movement today lol, i was assuming they might push up price to clear the private placement shares that got listed.........now they using ekovest money to enrich themselves by acquiring PLS shares.....meanwhile they will still maintain the listing status of PLS....so obvious
