Reference is made to the announcements made on 8 September 2020 and 21 October 2020 in relation to the Proposal. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that the Company and IWH have mutually agreed to an extension until 8 December 2020 for the Company to consider and deliberate the Proposal as well as to enable the parties to finalise and execute the relevant agreements in relation to the Proposal.
