It is reported in bursa today that they have sold their land and machinery at 22m with net profit 7.1m. The buyer has 3 months to conclude the sale from this month.
Wouldn't that be a great news ?

Good Morning

There are 2 assets listed by KPSCB in the Annual Reports. Both bought below RM10 Millions years ago.

The sale price of just one is RM22 Millions include RM3 Mil machinery. After minus off other expenses there is still a 100% Net Gain

Calvin Tan Research Has Given an NTA of KPSCB at RM2.00 to RM2.50 instead of the published RM1.30.

This Sale of just one asset showed a 100% increase or profit. So the figure turns out quite near to my findings.

Same goes for BJ Corp at RM1.30. Calvin Tan Research gives a revised NTA of BJ Corp at not less than RM10.00 if revalued.

If you don't have BJ Corp shares, do buy some while it is still cheap. Something exciting will happen soon.
