This is great in all aspects except its high gearing. Just look at its borrowings. I'm not so sure how people conclude this stock has good fundamentals with such high gearing. Perhaps anyone could shed some light?
I want to tell you some thing first before I comment. You have done me a great disservice by commenting that I say bad about other people shares and promote my shares. You see in Mulpha & MP Corp Forum. Your uncalled for remarks have been used to attack me by one Ms Koay. Now I don't hold anything personal against you. And I hope you please be a gentleman. WiseEye is a good name. It speaks of Insight & Wisdom. I hope you live up to the name.
As to KPSCB Borrowings It Is OK as long as Monies are used to generate more income. Rich people borrows to invest in profit generating assets.
KPSCB has used gearing to acquired undervalued assets. I personally drove to Bandar Sri Alam to see KPSCB Factory on more than 1 Acre Land. Bought for I think RM2.5 Millions. Now Market Value Is Over RM7 Millions (I have taken pictures of the FULLY RENOVATED & EXTENDED FACTORY.on my camera phone.) Then I traveled to MASAI Town To See A 3 Storey Shophouse Bought For RM582K. Now Worth Over RM1.7 Millions!
So KPSCB Has Been Wisely Using Borrowed Monies To AMPLIFY GROWTH.
Now If you check up on my earlier recommendation on IPMUDA you will notice that
Ipmuda has higher gearing than KPSCB
More receivables
Less CASH than KPSCB
Yet IPMUDA WENT LIMIT UP!
In Both cases Directors are buying and buying. But Compared to Ipmuda KPSCB is Still undervalued PLUS It Is Also Recession Proof
I hope you do not put offence in today's world of free speech and criticisms. I believe you are well-aware why I previously had a bad impression on you. It is because of your direct attacks on one of the threads in which bears no analysis. Even if you believe a stock is bad, you should not ever, insult the stock without any substantial analysis. I believe you have changed now to be more careful in your writing and I highly respect this from you.
We may have started off on a wrong footing but I hope this will come to an end and we move on with a brighter perspective of things by way of high level discussions rather than saddled ourselves with unending arguments which will only negatively impact our mind.
Aiyo Calvin.....that is not language lai aeh lah....he meant share price crash landing lah....typical bottom fishing expert lai aeh lah.....if follow him sure can get lowest lah.....tested his expertise liao lah......ha ha ha
Caely last few quarters were boosted by property sales. Look out for next few quarters to confirm the trend. Meanwhile, KPSCB Top Boss Is Still Buying KPSCB Shares in the open market.
If buying persists, then KPSCB Will Be Like RCECAPITAL - Price Rose On Its Own By Co Share Buy Back.
KPSCB Boss Bought As High As 58 Cents Recently. If The Ongoing Action Continues You Will See Him Buy Upward To Make It Back To 58 Cents & Then Move Up To Cross 60 Cents!
KPS Consortium (KPS MK) Technical BUY with +12.5% potential return Last price : RM0.56 Target Price : RM0.630, RM0.590 Support : RM0.530 Stop-loss: RM0.520 BUY with a target price of RM0.630 with stoploss below RM0.520. Since correcting from a previous high of RM0.590 on 21 April to a low of RM0.50 on 10 June, KPS has seen its share price recover gradually and move above the 10- and 21-day SMA following yesterday’s spike, effectively reversing its downtrend. Yesterday’s gain is also accompanied by a high trading volume of 2.0m shares (vs 20-day average of 0.4m) as well as rising MACD and RSI indicators, indicating that positive momentum would strengthen in the near term. We peg our immediate target at the previous high of RM0.590 and medium-term target at RM0.630. Expected Timeframe: 2 weeks to 2 months
Greater the number of shares available for trade, the less volatility the stock will show ; because the harder it will be for a smaller number of shares to move the price. the floating become lesser, and this will more easy for the price to hike :) anybody is waiting rm1 ? :)
