all throw son to penggoreng and dun buy, then they have no choice but to pull Gadang up. else they will loss big. If they are not able to pull up Gadang, they have to throw the son.. and mother ... this way we can get cheap Gadang...

Kok Onn just threw his Gadang warrants

Why?

Calvin thinks these are the reasons

1) Sale of CAPITAL CITY Hotel Suites still ongoing everyday in Johor. It's been year after year they are still trying to unload.
So going forward Gadang's property division will face headwind.

2) Saudi Aramco has withdrawn JV in RAPID with Petronas since Trump scrapped TPP. So Gadang's construction arm will also be impacted.

What should you do.

Go Defensive

Buy these 3 very very safe stocks

1) OPCOM. Already got 30 cts profits enough for few years high dividend. Opcom is CASH Rich with little debt.

2) PBA. Water is a necessity. So recession prrof. You need to bathe & drink water every day mah!

3) YTL Power. Highly defensive. High dividend.

if gadang down 20sen, approx. 20% , warrant follow will be down 50%. but if Gadang up 20sen, Gadang son can be no move... and no move oso still veli expensive... do the math then you will be scared like mad...

already overpriced, even kok onn is selling, from 480 to 465 some more, sell down... how much you think it can still go up? Lets say, Mother goes up 20 sen, you think son can still goes up 20 sen to make 45% gain? Ya, possible, BUT, just too risky ler...
