Actually , since this is a JV contract....the profit is split 51% and 49%.

However, I just got a feeling that this is an icing on the cake. Going by Tan Sri's expectation , he will not simply accept small longkang projects. He is looking at big things. Good times are coming for Gadang.

327 mil contract is kacang putih to a mid cap construction company, 327 mil expect to earn how much only and for a few years of work. maybe for a small company can impact but 327mil contract to gadang is nothing,if only they can secure a 3 billion job then u can say gadang is very good

300mil for bina puri is bad, because bina can make it lugi

In a separate statement, TRX City said the contract is part of a larger effort by the Kuala Lumpur City Council (DBKL) and the federal government to improve traffic along Jalan Tun Razak and its vicinity, to reduce traffic loading on Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Tun Razak by as much as 27%.

"The two-year contract awarded to Gadang CRFG will cover earthworks, foundation works, underground reinforced concrete road structure, elevated roadway and at-grade roadway, as well as associated works for access roads to and from the TRX development.

This is two-year contract to Gadang CRFG. Assume RM327 million x 51% x 15% profit margin / 2 financial years = RM12.5 million per year or average RM3.13 million per quarter. Really is kacang putith for a mid cap construction company. Those haters better throw this counter now.

Mudajaya was awarded just a 58m Lrt job and the price shot up next day. WCT was awarded 187mil LRT job and you know where it is now. The job awarded to Gadang is much more easier to execute compared to LRT projects. TP above 1.50 in 2 days time
