Revenue increases,but cost of sales up.Construction material price spike last year,have no choice but continue to hold for more years m.

not much difference between previous quarter result. From what i understand, you can see from quarter report, the inventories- property is huge,it is about 800m, in the same time some of the projects are still undergoing. In the agm, the management has said it would try to give promotion to sell the property. I think this is the reason, revenue is up the cost of sales is increased.

one thing that need to bear in mind. The receiveable is still standing 30m from last quarter to this quarter. However, the financial status of the company is still healthy. The cash in the banks are easily able to pay all the current assest. My 20 cents opinion. Keep for long term. if you want quick money, sell before too late. Thanks

The more launches the more houses unsold hence cost goes up...deadly cycle.
