Bonia : do you know why I like Bonia ?
Because no matter earn or loss , Bonia sure give dividend yearly ?
This kind of stock I call Have a conscience , gentlemen , good counters ?
same as YTL, YTLP , Ranhil , Bonia those I also ada , those I call them Have a conscience counters /

Not like some earn money no dividend ex : bjc, bjland , trop , Mkland , ,Benalec
especially Benalec ( just lost one qr then no give dividend , F lol , benalec got so many land and keep ask money from pl, I feel Benalec also keep a lot of cash too , the boss rich until cannot fi nish the money for how many billion years but stingy of the dividend . )

But actually i prefer stock price growth rather than dividend, at least for the current world market. Benalec is the worst of all lol. I just sold my bonia stocks, not cause of this company, but because of the world market.

brand outlets facing stiff competition from online sales . stores taking hit. young people like to shop online. High mall rental and lack lustre sales hitting counters like BOnia and Jerasia. fashion items inventories become obsolete very fast but inventories still mark up ( to minimize losses ) not reflecting current value

Is there any adjustment in share of Bonia for the Dividend in specie - 1 : 1 for the CRG share?
What is the share price of CRG share then?
Is there difficulties in trading the CRG share in LEAP market?

*** The price of Bonia Shares will be adjusted by Bursa Securities pursuant to the Guidelines on Reference Price Calculation for Corporate Action and new listing issued. For illustrative purposes, assuming that the Proposed Dividend-in-Specie was completed on the LPD, our
Company's share price will be adjusted as follows:

(RM)
Share price of our Shares as at 13 April 2018(1) 0.440
Less: Proposed reference price of CRG Shares(2) 0.085
Reference price of Bonia Shares ex Proposed Dividend-in-Specie 0.355

*** Those Entitled Shareholders (save for those who hold less than 1 board lot of Bonia Shares as at the Entitlement Date) who are not Sophisticated Investors:

(a) shall not buy or purchase CRG Shares via Bursa Securities, unless subsequently he becomes a Sophisticated Investor;

(b) will only be able to sell CRG Shares that they have received pursuant to the Proposed Dividend in-Specie,after the Proposed Listing via Bursa Securities; and
