world aluminium prices has bottomed and just shot up 10% in last 3 weeks,it's time to rerate this stock.

KowChye, you couldn't say is time to sell

LBALUM is trading at only 8x now, Press Metal is more correlated to aluminium price than LBALUM but LBALUM earns a margin by being an extruder, even they are not billets producer

A look at their recent profits for FY2013 shows an increase, one quarter can do 2cents, one year could possibly do 8cents

at PE of 10x, it should be trading at 80c minimum

not to forget its cash flow from operations has doubled from year 2012, borrowings has been reducing too..this is definitely a good stock

LBALUM's margin could be more sustainable than Press Metal because they are more well protected against the rising/falling of aluminium price

However, aluminium price has rebounded $100 from 3 years low, so Press Metal will gain the most, but having said that, LBALUM will be beneficial too, even they are just extruder, because it is a whole chain effect

A look at their annual report 2013 shows that they are increasing their capacity in Beranang and Sarawak. If capacity increase by 20%, revenue could increase by 20% as well, not to say PAT, can increase more then..

Anyone knows how much capacity they are expanding? mind to share?

Extruders buy aluminium billets and extrudes it into aluminium profiles of all shapes for industrial and building uses. As far as I know, there are just 2 Alum Billets producers in Msia i.e. Pmetal & Arank, but many, many extruders.

Just sold all I have at 0.71. Have keep this counter for the last four years and more. I feel that it is time to take profit. Counter may go up further to more than RM 1.00 ..who know? Good luck to every one.
