This counter together with Arank, should do very good. Price retracted due to bad mkt sentiment but nevertheless.. expect price surge as it has gone thru a price correction for a month now

Main cause of margins is actually not Alum prices as these can be managed by transferring prices. The main factor for margin fluctuation is in fact the alluminium premium of which the MJP is used by LB as reference. For Q3, the MJP's were lower than Q2 and I would still foresee similar result if sales continue at the current levels. The MJP during Q2 of FY15 was ranging at 3-400 hence the lower margins. It is currently trading at 80-100 mainly due to higher stock globally. Important to watch out for the receivables of the group and its loss making subsidiaries. Even if there are impairement losses, im very well sure these would be managed progressively. If we were to see another solid quarter, you should see the counter hitting 70-80 cents in no time. The slowed economy has taken a toll on investor confidence but anyhow, Be patient be positive.
