I am in. Steel price has dropped from the peak & on the way down.
The recent land JV with Platinum Victory to develop affordable homes is a good deal. They got the land with discount.

1) Buy at under value price.
0.50 with PE 8.8

2) Wait for Earning Explore.
Double Engines (New Property segment income + low raw material price)

3) Sell and take profit.
Wait for coming beautiful quarters results
