LOI between two companies from the same owner., they created the project, announced it in a big way..push the price up and dump...its just manipulation..actually purely scam...

Malton and Iwcity is a good developer with good management...fantastic proven track record...but anzo very bad track record...they recorded lost since 2000...KL Northgate its not strategic located...the project will be another disaster...and innocent investor will be trap..

boldrun88, Malton is good, Iwcity...hmmm they have a lot to prove at current price. RM2 profit within 1 month due to the Royal connection and some upcoming projects. As for Malton, they bring in a lot more every quarter and still at RM1.4++ .

Buy on rumours sell on news. Why do you think prior to the announcement of the LOI the price shoot from 20 cents to 55 cents? Because they calculated the project is worth that much. Why do you think the price fall back? Because to realize the whole project, you will need 3 years commencing Q42017 to 2020. Means if you hold this stock in 3 years time, you will earn. If you truly believe in the value of the project which will most likely be confirmed, then whatever price you picked up now is a discount. Hold it for at least 1 year then you will see its profit margin from red to black and your investment will return. Don't be swayed by the price movement. 30 cents good price. 42cents also not a bad price if u are willing to wait for 1 year.

By the way... dun need to speculate. Sharks run off already. Keep your bullets and top up upon the announcement of the next QR. Don't need to mark my words. It will look like a piece of shit. That is the time when you should top up. Wait until then you may even pick up at 25 cents to average your loss now.

anzo was failed to break the 0.42 resistant at yesterday, the new resistant for today is 0.425 due to this counter is still in uptrend. However, it is belongs to weak position because below the support line. I just want to conclude that banker is still holding some of the chips on hand but will keep selling off gradually. They will goreng higher up a bit to dump their shares slowly but won't rise back to 0.550 so you can stop dreaming.
